But all they did was a vacuum and dust - which they confirmed via email. They invoiced me $240.00 for a full clean AFTER they vacuumed & dusted my apartment. Is that not a rip off!!!!! Finally they agreed to give me $110 back. No money was deposited after they promised me twice it would be. Their replies to my emails were "go away" and "get a life Linda"!! Review # 2: Never Any Problems I am a real estate agent who contracts Fast Track Cleaning Services to complete all steam cleans and bond cleans required by tenants. We have a rent roll of about 500. Throughout the time we have used Fast Track which has now been for about 3yrs we have found them to be as good as any cleaner we have used. Of course you can never expect a cleaner to be 100% perfect but 99% of the time we have no issues with any job which they complete. If for some reason there is an issue then it usually falls back to the fault of the tenant for not advising the cleaners correctly of the job. I will look forward to giving these guys my next job.
